For the construction of rectangular-section artificial tunnels, Crezza offers a turnkey service aimed at the design, production, and installation of double prefabricated slabs for the construction of the walls that constitute the vertical structure.
Based on the client’s design requirements, we create structures of varying sizes, up to heights exceeding 10 meters and thicknesses exceeding 1.20 meters. These prefabricated structures can be designed as permanent formwork or with the addition of additional reinforcements that make them fully functional during the final construction phase, leaving the contractor solely responsible for installing the distribution plates and the additional pouring.
Once the elements have been cast, vertical walls are created with a superior surface finish to that of the formwork on site, as well as ensuring optimised construction times.
